iDarms Agent — Dashboard (Home) Acceptance Tests¶
Test series: IDA-DASH-01 to IDA-DASH-08
Objective: Validate that the Dashboard accurately displays agent identity, cumulative and daily statistics, provides working navigation via Quick Actions and the Bills & Payments button, and surfaces recent activity and notifications correctly.
Execution ownership¶
Recommended owners: Field Agent / iDarms Agent app users
Prerequisites: A signed-in agent with historical activity (rate payers added, properties inspected/registered, bills distributed) and at least one activity completed on the current day.
Execution control
Use approved UAT data only. Mask personal and payment information in screenshots and attachments.
Feature overview¶
The Dashboard (Home) is the agent's landing page after login, composed of:
- Header with agent name/ID and a notification bell.
- Overview — cumulative, non-interactive statistics.
- Today's Overview — non-interactive counts of the day's field activity.
- Quick Actions — four buttons to Add Property, Inspection Report, Add Rate Payer, and Bill Distribution.
- Bills & Payments — a dedicated primary button.
- Recent Activities — a preview with a "View All" link to a full log split into Inspection Log and Bill Distribution Log tabs.
- Notifications — accessible from the bell icon, with one-way enable behavior.

IDA-DASH-01 — Header¶
Feature overview¶
The header shows the signed-in agent's name and ID, along with a notification bell icon.
Preconditions
- A signed-in agent account with a known name and agent ID.

IDA-DASH-02 — Overview section¶
Feature overview¶
The Overview section displays cumulative, non-clickable statistics: Rate Payers Added, Properties Inspected, Properties Under Inspection, Properties Registered, and Bills Distributed.
Preconditions
- A signed-in agent with known historical activity counts (verifiable against back-office records).

Feature overview¶
Today's Overview shows the day's field activity counts, including inspections completed today and bill distributions completed today.

- A signed-in agent with at least one inspection and one bill distribution completed on the current day.

IDA-DASH-05 — Inspection Report list and details¶
Feature overview¶
The Inspection Report screen lists inspections completed by the agent, with search. Tapping a report opens Inspection Details with all recorded changes, the report itself, rate payer information, and associated images/documents.

- A signed-in agent with at least one completed inspection.

Feature overview¶
The Dashboard shows a preview of recent activity, with a "View All" link opening the full Recent Activities page, split into Inspection Log and Bill Distribution Log tabs/filters.

IDA-DASH-08 — Notifications page behavior¶
Feature overview¶
Tapping the notification icon opens the Notifications page. If notifications are off, the agent can enable them from this screen; if already on, they cannot be disabled from here. Tapping a notification navigates to its related page.

- A signed-in agent; a device with notifications initially disabled for one test pass and enabled for another.
