- Planned business-scenario execution
- Daily defect triage and reporting
- Fix deployment and targeted regression
- Exit-criteria review
- Acceptance decision and sign-off
Entry criteria¶
- Approved UAT scope and release candidate are available.
- All in-scope channels are reachable through secure connections.
- Test roles, devices, browsers, app builds, data, and enabled integrations are recorded.
- Smoke tests have passed without an open blocker.
- Testers understand evidence, privacy, financial, and escalation controls.
- Defect and daily-reporting processes are active.
Exit criteria¶
- All critical cases are executed and passed.
- No open S1 defect remains.
- No open S2 defect remains unless formally accepted with a safe workaround, owner, and target date.
- Financial totals and cross-channel records reconcile.
- Security/privacy observations are resolved or explicitly rejected from release.
- Evidence and traceability are complete for the acceptance decision.
- Business owners and acceptance authority have signed the final outcome.
