Purpose¶
This UAT package enables business representatives to confirm that iDARMS is fit for the agreed operational use, protects data, supports revenue collection and valuation workflows, reconciles across channels, and is ready for a formal acceptance decision.
Objectives¶
- Validate business requirements through executable scenarios.
- Confirm role-based access and segregation of duties.
- Verify the accuracy and traceability of property, billing, payment, receipt, claims, valuation, accounting, and reporting records.
- Confirm acceptable web and mobile usability on supported platforms.
- Validate integration recovery and cross-channel reconciliation.
- Capture evidence, defects, residual risks, and acceptance decisions consistently.

- Frontend Admin Panel
- Public iDARMS Website (visual, interaction, and Lighthouse desktop assurance)
- Ratepayer Portal
- Ratepayer Apps for iOS and Android
- Agent Apps for supported mobile platforms
- LVD Portal
- Cross-channel authentication, notifications, payments, receipts, claims, synchronization, reporting, audit, and reconciliation
- Role-based user guidelines and formal sign-off
Out of scope unless separately authorized¶
- Production data-migration certification
- Destructive disaster-recovery or failover exercises
- Penetration testing and source-code review
- Load testing beyond representative business concurrency
- Validation of a third party's internal systems
- Unapproved devices, operating systems, browsers, payment methods, or workflows

Out-of-scope items may be tested under a separately approved plan without changing the IDs in this package.
