User Guidelines and Security

These guidelines support UAT and initial user training. Menus may vary by role and configuration.

Common rules

• Use only the approved iDARMS URL or app distributed through an authorized channel.
• Confirm the environment label before entering data.
• Use your own account; never share credentials or approve on behalf of another user.
• Verify entity, property, ratepayer, billing year, amount, and payment method before confirmation.
• Sign out from shared devices.
• Report unexpected access, duplicate transactions, missing records, or suspicious prompts immediately.
• Use the displayed reference when requesting support and attach only masked evidence.

Danger

Never share a password, OTP, private key, access token, or complete payment credential with an agent, tester, administrator, or support officer.
